Ingredients
- 2 yellowtail fillets
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Method
Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the fish: Brush the yellowtail fillets generously with the garlic butter mixture. Let them sit for 10–15 minutes while you heat the grill.
Grill to perfection: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the fillets skin-side down and grill for about 4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
