DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping Rates & Returns Policy

We offer competitive delivery rates. Orders under R1000 are charged a flat-fee delivery rate of R40 (but areas outside a 15km radius of each store will be charged R80). Pick-up in store is FREE. We only offer delivery to the following areas: Western Cape: Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, West Coast, Northern Suburbs and Stellenbosch.
 
*Checkout will only be possible if shipping locations are based in the Western Cape in the above areas.

We aim to deliver the orders in the quickest possible time.
Most of our deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours. However, things happen outside our control, so please always allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your delivery to reach you. For same-day delivery, please place orders before 10:30. Orders placed on a Saturday after 10:30 will be delivered on Monday.

Monday – Friday: 08h30 – 17h00
Weekend & public holidays: No delivery unless otherwise advised.

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the our Delivery Policy. Should you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery times, items either need to be:
not accepted and returned with the courier / transporter upon delivery; or
if already received, returned to Fish4Africa in their original state.

All order cancellations must be done via the Fish4Africa customer services team by calling 021 556 4645 or emailing [email protected]. We will then refund you as per our refund policy.

Temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Fish4Africa will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.

Discontinued / Permanently unavailable we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Fish4Africa will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • The return must be logged within 48 hours (2 days) of the item being bought or delivered, whichever is later.
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase
  • The item must be in a re-sellable condition except in the case of damaged or faulty items.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

The Returns Process

If on receiving your order you are not absolutely happy with your purchase or we have delivered the wrong product or a faulty product, please email [email protected] or call us on 021 556 4645 immediately.

If we have delivered an incorrect, faulty or expired item to you, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item, at our cost, as quickly as possible.

If you are wanting to return an item because it is unpalatable, you will need to arrange to return the item, at your own cost, to your nearest retail store listed here

If the return is due to an error on our part we will replace the item or process a refund as quickly as possible after receiving the returned product. A refund will typically take a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receiving your returned item, and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
