Delivery & Collection Fees
  • We offer competitive delivery rates. Orders under R1000 are charged a flat-fee of R40. Areas outside a 15km radius of each store will be charged R80.
  • Pick-up in store is FREE.
  • We only offer deliver to the following areas in the Western Cape: Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, West Coast, Northern Suburbs and Stellenbosch.*
  • Checkout will only be possible if shipping locations are based in the Western Cape in the above areas.*
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
  • We aim to deliver all orders in the quickest possible time. Most of our deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours, however, sometimes things happen outside of  our control. Please always allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your delivery to arrive.
  • For same-day delivery, please place your orders before 10:30am.
  • Orders placed on a Saturday after 10:30am will be delivered the following Monday.
Delivery Times
  • Monday – Friday: 08h30 – 17h00
  • Weekend & public holidays: No delivery unless otherwise advised.
Late Deliverables
  • The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our delivery policy. Should you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery times, items either need to be: not accepted and returned with the courier / transporter upon delivery; or if already received, returned to Fish4Africa in their original state.
  • All order cancellations must be done via the Fish4Africa customer care team by calling +27 21 556 4645 or emailing online@fish4africa.co.za.We will then refund you as per our refund policy.
Stock Shortages
  • If your order is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Fish4Africa will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.
  • In the event of discontinued / permanently unavailable product we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Fish4Africa will issue a refund in respect of that product or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.
Criteria for Returning an Item
  • The return must be logged within 48 hours (2 days) of the item being purchased or delivered, whichever is later. 
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
  • The item must be in a re-sellable condition except in the case of damaged or faulty items.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
Returns Process
  1. Contact Us
    If on receiving your order you are not absolutely happy with your purchase or we have delivered the wrong product or a faulty product, please email online@fish4africa.co.za or call us on 021 556 4645 immediately.
  2. Return the Item (s)
    If we have delivered an incorrect, faulty or expired item to you,  we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item, at our cost, as quickly as possible. If you are wanting to return an item because it is unpalatable, you will need to arrange to return the item, at your own expense, to your nearest retail store listed here.
  3. Receive a Replacement Refund
    If the return is due to an error on our part we will replace the item or process a refund as quickly as possible after receiving the returned product. A refund will typically take a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receiving your returned item, and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
