    Rainbow Trout can be enjoyed in a number of ways:

    Taste:  Trout is best described as mild. Known for their flaky meat, rainbow trout are mild flavoured but have a “nutty”  taste to it making it very pleasant to eat. The edible skin turns a nice golden colour during the cooking process.

    Recommended Portion Sizes per person: 250 – 300g

    Similarities :  Rainbow Trout are similar to Norwegian Salmon in appearance and flavour. These fish are very similar and could even be caught in the same waters. 

    To Drink with Trout:  White Wine- subtle white wines, Light reds, Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Gruner Vert liner, Chardonnays, Beer
