S: A friend referred me and introduced me into the industry.
T: Most of my mom’s family is in the fishing industry

S: I enjoy arranging the fish on the display window.
T: I like to interact with the customers.

S: Definitely hake. It’s easy to fillet.

S: To grill it.
T: Steam – very healthy.

S: Praying and spending time with God.

S: Very healthy.
T: It’s healthy. Very good for the brain and you get different kinds of vitamins.

S: Whether our fish is fresh.
